Why Sourdough?

Sourdough bread is a guilt free treat for your taste buds. It has the unique ability to keep your blood sugar from spiking like store bought bread and it is made with only 3 simple ingredients - sea salt, water and flour. There are no preservatives in our bread so it is best eaten within 72 hours or put in the freezer. We recommend that you slice it before freezing to make it easier to pull out a slice at a time.

Why a Sourdough Subscription?

A subscription allows you to pay once and then with a few key strokes submit a request for a loaf of traditional sourdough to be dropped off at your home or be waiting for you to pick up at our farm stand in Young America.

How much does a Sourdough Subscription cost?

A subscription is $100 for ten loaves and needs to be purchased in person.

Pre-approved delivery is FREE to anyone who signs up by October 1st. Our delivery range is Norwood Young America, Waconia, and Cologne. Deliveries need a secure spot for us to leave your order between 8am and 10am on Friday mornings. You can submit a request at CarriePauly@gmail.com to see if your address is close enough to those cities to qualify for an exception. Otherwise beginning October 3rd pick up is available at our home address of 215 Central Ave S in Young America. ALL delivery requests must go through this form: https://forms.gle/fmQJkFV39EMYZN7C9

How often do I need to order?

Your subscription is valid for a year. You can order weekly or you can order one loaf a month for 10 months. It’s completely up to you how often you want to use your 10 loaf credit.

How do I redeem my 10 loaves?

Redeem your 10 loaves at Farmer’s Markets (June-September) and on Fridays (October-May). We use a website called Calendly to schedule our weekly pick up/deliveries. On the website there will be an opportunity to indicate that you have a subscription and I will know to mark off one of the ten loaves and to not expect payment. Can I upgrade to a different flavor?

Yes! Simply pay the difference in price for the $12 everything bagel or the $13 jalapeno cheddar and make a note of it in your order form that week. Orders are always due by 9pm Sunday nights through September and by 9pm Tuesday nights October-May. Late orders are not guaranteed.

Will you keep track of how many loaves I have left in my subscription for me?

Absolutely! Anytime you want to check to see how many loaves you have left please ask.

Can I use my subscription at craft fairs and the farmer’s market?

Yes! I will travel with a copy of the subscription spreadsheet so I can confirm you have loaves left on your subscription.

How can I give a sourdough subscription as a gift?

A sourdough subscription makes a great gift! I have gift certificates available for giving a physical gift to the recipient. Along with a full color gift certificate in an envelope I will include a modified version of this FAQ list so everything is clear on how to redeem the 10 loaves. It is very important that you get in touch with me about gifting a subscription so I can have the correct name in my records.
