RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. If you have a problem I will do my best to work with you to rectify any issues, but I reserve the right to refer back to my return policy stated here. If you are a book design client and your book arrives damaged please let me know right away. Snap a picture too. I will need the photographic proof in order to get a replacement.

CUSTOM WORK:

Whenever possible I will try to match any colors requested. It isn’t always possible, but I do my best. Delivery times vary depending on the time of year and whether I need to order specific yarn for your project.
